V-Zay Stuffed Bread
The V-Zay stuffed bun is modeled after the most selling burger from our sister restaurant--The Northside Vegan. It is a tribute to our old neighborhood in Lafayette, Louisiana. The V-Zay is made with our homemade Hawaiian Sweet Bun dough, along with Impossible (can be substituted) burger, Vegan Gouda Cheeze, our handmade Creole seasoning blend and a side of our famous V-Zay dipping sauce.
